Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 12 hours and up unto the booked appointment time OR a "no show" will be subject to 100% of the service booked. It is our goal to provide you with the best service possible. With respect to this, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to the policy stated above. At that point, we will need to reschedule your appointment to another date and/or time. Thank you for respecting our time and the time of the other clients. We will respect yours as well.
